Our mission is to break
cycles of violence and
neglect by nurturing
empowerment and self-
confidence within
vulnerable populations.

We envision a world where
vulnerability is not a barrier but
a catalyst for empowerment and
personal growth. We want to provide
environments where individuals
discover strengths, break barriers
and shape destinies. A future where
every individual, children and
grownups alike, feels more confident,
valued, and capable of achieving
dreams, regardless of circumstance.

Providing people with tools and
methods to create a positive impact
within themselves and that way, on
the outer world, the goal is to
empower individuals and vulnerable
groups. We equip them with essential
tools for personal growth, fostering
resilience, self-confidence and self-
sufficiency to ensure sustainable
impact and paving the way to
brighter futures.

To reach this goal, we merge with small,
local groups. Together, we strive to
accompany them in their journey towards
more depth and quality in their work,
more professionalism and more tools
while working with vulnerable
populations. In other words, an
important facet in our foundation is
the concept of “train the trainer”
which means that besides investing
in the vulnerable groups directly,
we support local educators and social
workers by providing various trainings.

“As these small projects
were born from needs of local
society rather than from an
outside influence, there already
exists an established,
proactive passion for change.
We merge with them to make
our shared dream a more
sustainable reality.”

Our work with these local professionals
is two-sided.
Firstly, we train them on
topics like pedagogics,
assertiveness,
emotional and physical safety, sexuality,
body- consciousness, self-confidence
and talent
development when working
with children. By training
people who
work directly with challenging
populations,
we aim for a broader
impact of our vision.

Secondly, our work with them also
includes training
trajectories regarding
internal professionalization,
meaning
effective communication, assertiveness,

feedback delivery, time management
and job
responsibilities, among
other things.
